To Our Valued Customers:
Beginning as early as July 1, 2025, a credit card surcharge of 3% will be applied to all credit card transactions. This fee is charged to cover the processing costs associated with credit card payments. Please note that this fee does not apply to other payment forms such as ACH, cash, check or debit cards.
Financing Through Realty Resources
The majority of our properties can be purchased with no credit check and a low down payment of either $495 or $950.
Many of our properties will have the Owner Financing terms listed with the property details. If the terms are not listed, contact us, and we may still be able to negotiate terms with you.
